Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Having used your services on a particular local school project both myself and the client were exceptionally pleased with the professional prompt and well informed service that you provided. This was a particular difficult project to meet special needs for the young children at the school for which you managed to meet all the criteria. Being so pleased it was easy to recommend you to another client for a large residential project requiring a lot of experience and an eye for detail with the design. My client has been exceptionally happy with the service provided and particularly pleased with the cost considering the amount of work put into this project. Thank you for the work you have completed so far and I look forward to us working on many more project in the future as well as having no hesitation in recommending you in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have used Mitesh & Minal of Wellspace architects for one of our recent developments. From the initial brief, to the final drawings, we were kept informed throughout the design process and the final product exceeded our expectations. In fact, they went above & beyond and even offered us their own advice on how they would maximise the land available, something I wouldn't expect, but very much appreciate! I would have no hesitation in recommending Wellspace architects to other developers, private clients or anyone looking for a professional & personal experience coupled with a thoughtful & fresh approach to architecture.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We undertook an extension project at one of our rental properties. I engaged with the Team at Wellspace; where Mitesh & Minal very quickly assessed the project and suggested some very creative ideas to maximise the area being developed. Just wanted to thank them for such a professional service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friend and family. Thanks again. 🙏🏽

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Whilst working on a project for Legoland I found out that his company did architectural drawings, and I needed an urgent drawing for a £30,000 project to progress, Wellspace Architects was able to take very few details and measurements from me and was then able to give super-fast turnaround on the detail. It was fantastically fast turnround as usually these things can take masses of time, and this was time critical to secure dates to be on-site. This service enabled my contractor to get start dates and also for funds to be released to us. I have no hesitation in letting people know what they can produce.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Velo Projects have worked with Wellspace on a number of complex commercial projects and found the service and level of input to be exceptional. The attention to detail is good and would recommend, good knowledge of BREEAM and all elements of the planning and design processes. Both Mitesh and Min are always on hand for a discussion and communications always open.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were looking at moving our offices and wanted an architect to support us with space planning and options. We worked with the team who provided honest and straight forward advice on what is possible. In short, they helped us make the correct decision, which in this case was the new office was not correct for our future needs. I would highly recommend Wellspace Architects for honest commercial architectural services.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We choose to work with Min at Wellspace Architects after having shortlisted them from a wide range of architects. Min listens carefully and asks further questions to precisely determine the need and requirements of the aim of the project. Her thinking process is absolutely outstanding. The service delivery is accurate. Together as a team, we have achieved the required results to move forward onto the next stage. We highly recommend this professional, open minded, friendly person/business without any hesitation.
