Where applicable, we consider core concepts from the International WELL™ Building Institute in every design we do.
We can also offer consultancy work to achieve WELL™ Certification or WELL™ Rating status.
WELL™ was initially designed for office spaces, and we apply this to residential homes and wider commercial projects including net-zero carbon and sustainability to impact people, places and the planet.
We believe everyone can benefit from designs around well-being without the need for certification.
Minal is also also part of the WELL Residential Advisory team. We are looking to trial a pilot WELL scheme for single-family homes. i.e. introduce the concepts to family homes.
